Meeting Schedule

January-April-July-October

Quarterly at 5:30 pm

Doors open at 5:00 with a social half-hour with a cash bar. Our meeting starts at 5:30 pm and is finished at 6:30pm

We start with a view over the marsh, have a cocktail and catch up with friends with the same goal. We try to introduce a current event in our community ranging from they symphony to replace oyster shells in the intercoastal waters. As a result of our donation, we learn what we did for a nonprofit to help achieve their mission. Three members selected at random present opportunities where we can help this quarter. We each vote for one worthy cause and always finish on-time.

Sea Pines Country Club - If you need a gate pass the day of the meeting, just enter at the main gate, right lane, and inform the office that you are attending our meeting at the Sea Pines Country Club.

Casual Networking

The club provides a comfortable setting overlooking the marsh. We open the cash bar 30 minutes prior to meeting to allow for introductions and questions. We then follow the standard agenda learning about local organizations.

We discuss a current event or activity

We invite organizations to share a current event in our community. This could be a golf tournament, the symphony schedule or a new charity preparing to launch in our area.

We learn how we helped

Next we hear from the charity awarded during our last colective donation. They share how the funds helped them implement their vision and reach others in the local area.

We hear options

Three members present information about nonprofits in the area which they feel we can help with reaching their objective. We learn about what they are doing, who they have helped and where we can help. The groups are doing the heavy lifting for others.

We then vote for the nonprofit which can use our award most this quarter!
